Kindred Circles
For Neurowild Souls
Connection for the NeuroWild
There's something ancient in the act of sitting in circle. Something our bodies remember: the feeling of being seen and heard without needing to perform.
Kindred Circles are spaces for connection. They are not therapy. They are not supervision.
They are a place to breathe, to listen, to speak if you wish, or to sit in silence. To be witnessed in your full, unpolished humanity, among others who understand what it is to live and feel deeply in a world that moves too fast.
These circles are grounded in presence, deep listening, and respect for difference.
Everything is an invitation. Nothing is required, other than a willingness to listen.
Who Are Circles For?
Kindred Circles are for anyone craving connection, reflection, or simply space to breathe. Particularly people who hold much for others and long for somewhere to be held themselves.
Circles are held in the lineage and spirit of inclusive women's circles: places of honesty, connection, and presence. I welcome women, as well as trans, nonbinary and gender-expansive folks who feel a connection to the sacred feminine and a sense of belonging in these spaces.
You might be:
Neurodivergent, sensitive, or simply exhausted by trying to fit in. No diagnosis needed.
Curious about sitting in community without needing to perform or explain yourself.
Longing for realness, kindness, and depth.
A therapist, healer or spaceholder who needs somewhere to be held for once.
You don't need to be confident speaking in groups. Circles are slow spaces where showing up as you are is enough.
Spaces are limited to keep the circle small. You can sign up to hear when new circles open.
Who These Circles Are Not For
To keep the space safe and supportive, a few things worth knowing:
These circles are not therapy and aren't suitable if you're in acute crisis or need professional support.
They are not a space for debate, advice-giving, or fixing.
They are not suitable for anyone who holds or expresses harm toward marginalised groups.
If you find it difficult to listen without responding or interrupting, this isn't the right space.
This is a trans and nonbinary inclusive, queer-affirming space. If that's not for you, this isn't your circle.
These are tender, human spaces. They depend on shared care and a genuine willingness to listen.
How it works
I offer two circles a month on Fridays, 1 pm to 2:30 pm. One is for neurodivergent therapists and spaceholders; the other is open to neurodivergent folk more generally.
Each circle holds a maximum of eight people. We meet online. There's time for grounding, reflection, sharing and gentle witnessing. You're never required to speak. Presence alone is welcome.
What to expect
90 minutes on Zoom, once a month, with never more than eight people. A mix of reflection, story, silence, and sharing.
Each month we gather around a loose theme: belonging, rest, the changing seasons, the inner wilderness.
Come once or return often. Each circle stands alone and builds something over time.

The Circles
-
For Therapists and Space Holders - Fridays @ 1 pm
A space for those who hold space.
For therapists, supervisors and healers who give so much in service of others and long for somewhere they can simply be.
This circle is not a place to discuss clinical work. It's a place to tend to the human behind the practitioner. You don't need to arrive with insight or intention. You just need to arrive.
Together we make a quiet space to exhale, connect, and not have to hold it all for once.

For All Neurokin Neurodivergent Folks - TBC
A gathering for anyone who identifies as neurodivergent, sensitive, or simply tired of pretending. A place to show up as your real self: messy, thoughtful, funny, shy, bold. No performance required.
We meet online, but the spirit is earthy and real. We talk, we listen, we pause.
Open to all neurodivergent people, those exploring their neurodivergence, or anyone who's spent a lifetime existing just outside the norm. No diagnosis needed. No mask needed.
