Connection for the NeuroWild

A campfire burning in front of a scenic lake at sunset, with trees on either side and a colorful sky in the background.

There’s something ancient in the act of sitting in circle.
Something our bodies remember - the feeling of being seen, heard, and held without needing to perform.

Kindred Circles are spaces for connection and remembering.

They are not therapy. They are not supervision.

They are a place to breathe, to listen, to speak if you wish, or to be held in exquisite silence.

To be witnessed in your full, unpolished humanity, among others who understand what it is to live and feel deeply in a world that often moves too fast.

These circles are grounded in presence, deep listening, and respect. They honour difference and invite wholeness.

Each one is a gentle act of resistance to the loneliness and individualism that keep us apart.

Everything is an invitation.

Nothing is a requirement, other than the willingness to listen.

Who is it for?

Kindred Circles are for anyone craving connection, reflection, or simply space to breathe. This is for people who hold much for others and long for somewhere to simply be held.

Circles are held in the lineage spirit and energy of inclusive women’s circles. Places of honesty, connection, and presence. I welcome women, as well as trans, nonbinary and otherwise gender-expansive folks who feel a connection to the sacred feminine and a sense of belonging in these spaces.

You might be:

  • Neurowild, neurodivergent, neurocomplex, sensitive in a world that does not support that, or simply exhausted by trying to fit in. (You do not need a diagnosis)

  • Curious about sitting in community without needing to perform or explain.

  • Longing for realness, kindness, and depth of connection.

  • Someone who values nature, story, and the quiet magic of being human together.

  • A therapist, healer, or space holder seeking a place to be held rather than to hold.

You don’t need to be confident speaking in groups. Circles are slow, gentle spaces where showing up as you are is enough.

If you feel the pull to sit with others in gentle honesty - to rest, reconnect, and remember - you are welcome here.

Spaces are limited to keep the circle small and safe.

You can sign up below to hear when new circles open.

Who These Circles Are Not For

To keep the space safe and supportive, there are a few boundaries:

  • These circles are not therapy and are not suitable if you’re in acute crisis or seeking professional support.

  • They are not a space for debate, fixing, or advice-giving.

  • They are not suitable for anyone who holds or expresses hate toward marginalised groups.

  • If you’re looking for structured guidance, clinical supervision, or a place to analyse your work, this isn’t that.

  • If you find it difficult to listen to others’ stories without responding or interrupting, this space is not for you.

  • This is a trans and nonbinary inclusive, queer-affirming space. I honour the diversity of women and all who feel a sense of belonging in women’s circles.

  • If your views do not align with this commitment to inclusion, this won’t be the right space for you.

These circles are tender, human spaces. They depend on shared care, curiosity, and compassion.

How it works

I offer two circles a month. One is for neurodivergent therapists, and the other is for neurodivergent folk more generally.

Each circle is small and held with care, with only eight participants. We meet online. There’s time for grounding, reflection, sharing and gentle witnessing. You’re never required to speak; presence alone is welcome.

What to expect

  • 90 minutes on Zoom, once a month

  • Never more than 8 participants

  • A mix of reflection, story, silence, and sharing

  • £11 / £22 / £33 sliding scale

Each month we gather around a shared theme - for example: belonging, rest, the changing seasons, the inner wilderness.

You can come once or return often.

Each circle stands alone and builds community over time.

The Circles

  • For Therapists and Space Holders

A space for those who hold space.
For therapists, supervisors, and healers who give so much of themselves in service of others and long for somewhere they can simply be.

This circle is not a place to discuss clinical work, but a place to tend to the human behind the practitioner.
You don’t need to arrive with insight or intention. You just need to arrive.

Together, we’ll create a brave, quiet space where you can exhale, connect, and remember that you are not alone in your work or your difference.

  • For All Neurokin

A gathering for anyone who identifies as neurodivergent, sensitive, or simply tired of pretending.
A place to show up as your real self - messy, thoughtful, funny, shy, bold - and know that you belong.

We meet online, but the spirit is earthy and real.
We talk, we listen, we pause. We give each other the gift of presence.

These circles are open to all neurodivergent people and those exploring their neurodivergence, or otherwise existing beyond the norm.
No diagnosis is required. No mask is needed.
