Clinical Supervision
&
Consultation
Who I work with
I work with therapists, counsellors, and practitioners who want supervision that feels human, spacious, and affirming. Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent, and/or hold queer and gender-expansive identities, and want a supervisory space where they don’t need to mask or translate their experience.
Whether you’re newly trained in IFS or have been practising for years, supervision with me is a place to bring your whole self, the parts that feel skilled and confident, and the ones that feel unsure. All of you is welcome here.
Supervision is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect to your clients, your Self, and the deeper reasons you do this work. It’s a space for honesty, nourishment, and growth, held with curiosity and care rather than evaluation or performance.
As a Certified IFS Psychotherapist, an Approved IFS Clinical Consultant, and a neurodivergent, queer practitioner, I bring lived experience to the supervisory space. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, queer-inclusive, and trauma-informed. I offer supervision and consultation for therapists and practitioners who want to work in ways that are compassionate, relational, and grounded in both IFS and lived reality.
Together, we explore your client work through a parts lens, noticing your own internal system, your client’s, and the wider cultural and systemic forces that shape both. My intention is to support you in deepening your IFS practice while also staying resourced, self-led, and connected to what matters.
Supervision with me is collaborative and reflective. Sessions are held online and shaped by what you most need, whether that’s IFS guidance, emotional processing, or simply a grounded space to think, feel, and breathe.
