Psychotherapy
It isn’t about fixing.
Or becoming someone new.
It’s the slow remembering
of who you’ve always been
beneath the noise.
Online Psychotherapy
I offer a warm, neuroaffirming space where you can be you.
I work predominantly through an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens, a compassionate, non‑pathologising approach that helps us understand and connect with the many parts of your inner world
IFS views every part of you as meaningful and full of good intentions, even the ones causing you pain. It’s about deep inner understanding, not fixing or pathologising. Many neurodivergent folks (including me) find it especially powerful, because it makes sense of masking, sensory, and executive overwhelm as parts doing their best to keep us safe

How it Works
Meeting your parts: In IFS, we gently get to know each part of you, the bold and fierce protectors, and the exiles, and we learn why they do what they do, and what they need.
Welcoming neurodivergence: If you’re autistic, ADHD, or neurodivergent in other ways, this approach supports your complexity and celebrates your strengths like creative thinking, deep focus, or rich sensory experiences
Self-led healing: The goal isn’t fixing you, but helping your “Self” (your core calm, curious presence) guide your parts toward internal harmony and resilience

Jude Carn
Ecotherapist
I’m Jude, a Certified IFS Psychotherapist and Ecotherapist based near Chichester, West Sussex.
My work sits at the meeting point of psychotherapy, ecology, ecopsychology and belonging. Whether online or outdoors, I offer spaces for people to reconnect with their own rhythms, find steadiness in change, and remember their place in the wider web of life.
You don’t need to know the names of trees or feel comfortable in wild places to explore this work; nature meets us exactly as we are. When we slow down and listen, something in us begins to soften and return home.
