Do you offer online or in-person sessions?

Most of my work is online via Zoom. I also offer outdoor ecotherapy sessions and nature-connected circles in Sussex. For many people, online works well practically and accessibility-wise, and it doesn't get in the way of the work.

What happens in a consultation or first session?

We talk. There's no pressure to tell your whole story straight away. We'll go at your pace, and it's as much a chance for you to get a feel for whether this way of working suits you as it is for me to get to know you.

How long will therapy take?

There's no fixed answer. Some people come for a few months, others for longer. We review as we go, so you always have a clear sense of where things are and what feels right.

What is Internal Family Systems (IFS)?

IFSis a way of working with the different parts of ourselves: the ones that protect us, the ones that carry pain, the ones that help us function. Rather than trying to fix or get rid of those parts, IFS gets curious about them. There's more detail on the therapy page.

Do you work with neurodivergent or queer clients?

Yes. This is a neurodivergent and queer affirming space, shaped by lived experience as well as professional training. Many of the people I work with identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, or both.

What is ecotherapy?

Ecotherapy works from the understanding that we're not separate from nature, we're part of it. That might mean working outdoors, or it might mean bringing nature in through imagery, memory or the seasons. There's more on the therapy page.

Do you offer supervision?

Yes, individual and group supervision for therapists working with IFS, neurodivergent clients, or nature-based approaches. More detail on the supervision page.

What’s your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are charged in full, as the time is held for you.
